Hosted by the “Those Guys Car Club,” the show will showcase approximately 200 classic, vintage, and modern automobiles. From gleaming chrome to nostalgic rides, there’s something for every car aficionado. This year’s show will take place on Sunday, June 16 at the Wakamow Valley oval from 11 am to 4 pm. Admission is free for spectators, making it an ideal outing for the whole family. The primary goal of the show is to celebrate Father’s Day, raise funds for Hunger in Moose Jaw, and provide a convivial gathering for car enthusiasts. Visitors will have the opportunity to admire the showcased vehicles and engage in discussions with fellow car enthusiasts. The Those Guys Car Club has been a pillar in the local automotive community for over a decade. The club aims to nurture a sense of camaraderie among car enthusiasts while contributing to charitable causes. While there are no demonstrations or competitions scheduled, the event will feature 13 categories for static car displays. Registrants are also eligible to win prizes, including 13 category awards and up to 30 door prizes. Food vendors will be on hand to provide refreshments, including Taco Time, The Cone Artist, Top Dogs, and Blue Angel mini donuts. Running Wild Rescue will bring their furry companions for a visit, and the Shriners will be raffling tickets. Other attractions include Bend M Up Metal Art, The Mac Tool Truck, and representatives from the Next Gen Car Club. The Bent Wrench Run is a fantastic opportunity to bond with Dad while immersing yourselves in the world of automobiles. The entry fee for vehicle owners is $20, payable in cash on the day of the event. Spectators can attend the show at no cost. Food and beverage options will be available throughout the event. Bent Wrench Run Revs Up for Father’s Day
The Bent Wrench Run, a popular motorcycle event, returns this Father’s Day on June 18th. The ride, which has become a tradition for many, offers a scenic and challenging route through the picturesque countryside. Participants will gather at the Bent Wrench Motorcycle Shop in Spring Hill, Florida, at 8:00 AM for registration and a pre-ride breakfast. The ride will commence at 9:30 AM, taking riders along a winding 100-mile route that showcases the region’s natural beauty. The ride is open to all motorcycles and experience levels, with three different route options available: a short loop for beginners, a medium loop for experienced riders, and the full 100-mile loop for the most adventurous. “The Bent Wrench Run is a great way to celebrate Father’s Day with fellow motorcycle enthusiasts,” said event organizer Tom Ryan. “The ride offers something for everyone, from scenic vistas to challenging curves.” Participants can choose to donate a portion of their registration fee to the American Motorcycle Safety Foundation, which promotes motorcycle safety and education.
