SeaWolves Embark on Epic Road Trip to Conclude First Half

The Erie SeaWolves are set to embark on a grueling 12-game road trip, their final journey before the Eastern League All-Star Game. This extended excursion will test the team’s mettle as they battle rivals in three different cities. The road trip kicks off in Akron, Ohio, where the SeaWolves will face the RubberDucks for a three-game series. Akron has been a tough opponent for Erie this season, so the team will need to perform at their best. Next, the SeaWolves head to Bowie, Maryland, for another three-game series against the Baysox. Bowie is currently in first place in the Eastern Division, making these contests crucial for Erie’s playoff aspirations. The road trip concludes with a six-game series against the Hartford Yard Goats in Connecticut. Hartford has been struggling this season, but the SeaWolves can’t afford to overlook any opponent. The marathon road trip will be a major challenge for the SeaWolves, but it also presents an opportunity for growth and momentum. With the All-Star break looming, the team needs to finish the first half of the season strong in order to secure a playoff berth. Manager Gabe Alvarez is confident in his team’s ability to succeed on the road. “We have a talented group of guys who are ready to step up and perform,” he said. “This road trip will be a true test, but we’re ready for the challenge.” The SeaWolves will return home to UPMC Park on July 11th to take on the Richmond Flying Squirrels.## SeaWolves Salvage Series Split with New Hampshire## SeaWolves Salvage Series Split with New Hampshire
