A cyclist was injured this morning in an accident near Hasselt. The woman was cycling on the Zwartsluizerweg towards Hasselt when she was suddenly hit by a car coming from the Stadsweg. The driver turned left towards Hasselt and did not see the cyclist. The woman on the bike ended up on the hood and then remained lying injured on the asphalt.
