The victims, three related women, were found with serious injuries in a house in Bushey, northwest London, on Tuesday evening. Despite efforts by police and ambulance crews, they were pronounced dead at the scene.

Detective Constable Rob Hall, of the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Squad, said Clifford is believed to be in London or the neighbouring county of Hertfordshire and may still be armed. He urged the public not to approach him.
