The Indian duo will be aiming to make a strong impression in Paris, hoping to secure a podium finish for their country. They are known for their aggressive style of play and have consistently performed well at the international level. The draw also featured other top-ranked teams, such as Olympic champions Marcus Fernaldi Gideon and Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo of Indonesia, who will be seeking to defend their title. The Chinese pair of Li Junhui and Liu Yuchen, who won the silver medal in Tokyo, will also be among the contenders.
