JMC Philippines, backed by Astara and the official importer and distributor of JMC Pick-ups in the country, will be present in four shopping malls across the country by July 2024.
The automaker will be showcasing its flagship Grand Avenue at select locations in Pasig, Alabang, Cagayan de Oro and Bacolod. The dates and locations are as follows:
- July 1st to 7th –SM Bacolod
- July 1st to 31st – SM Center Cagayan de Oro
- July 3rd to 19th – Virra Shopping Center Greenhills
- July 15 to 21 – Alabang Festival Mall

Robustness and refinement, all in one
While most pickup trucks are designed purely for practical use, the Grand Avenue offers the utmost in capability and refinement, allowing you to haul whatever you want without compromising passenger comfort.
The bold and stylish exterior, highlighted by the striking twin-bar grille, is accentuated by premium features such as automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, skid plates and 17-inch alloy wheels with 265/65 tires.
The Grand Avenue is also one of the largest pickups in its class, measuring 5,450 millimeters long, 1,935 millimeters wide and 1,872 millimeters high, with a wheelbase of 3,270 millimeters. It has a generous load bed that measures 1,546 millimeters long, 1,595 millimeters wide and 546 millimeters high, and has a payload capacity of 870 kilograms.
Spacious and pampering cabin
The Grand Avenue is large enough to seat five passengers and is designed to provide maximum comfort.
The car comes as standard with leather upholstery, keyless entry with push-button start, a folding rear seat, automatic climate control with PM 2.5 filter, a 3.5-inch TFT digital multi-information display and a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Exclusive features for the automatic variants include a six-way power adjustable driver’s seat, rear-seat air conditioning, paddle shifters and an electronic parking brake.
JMC Philippines has also equipped the Grand Avenue with a wide range of safety and convenience features, such as Cruise Control, Electronic Stability Program, Hill-Launch Assist, Hill-Descent Control, Rollover Mitigation, parking sensors and a reverse distance display.
In addition, all Grand Avenues are equipped with dual front airbags and ISOFIX child seat mountings. The automatic variants also have side and curtain airbags.
Turbocharged Muscle Power
The Grand Avenue is powered by a 2.3-litre, twin-cam, 16-valve, inline-four Puma turbodiesel engine that produces 177 hp at 3,200 rpm and 450 Newton metres of torque at 1,500 to 2,400 rpm for automatic variants (400 Newton metres at 1,400 to 2,800 rpm for manual models).
It can be mated to either a 6-speed Magna gearbox or a ZF 8-speed automatic. Both gearboxes are designed and manufactured in Europe to provide exceptional performance for all Grand Avenues.
In addition, all 4×4 variants use BorgWarner’s proven electronic four-wheel drive system with a centre differential lock for optimum mobility on rough roads. The Grand Avenue also features an approach angle of 30 degrees and a departure angle of 26 degrees.
