Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect believed to have set fire to a home in Brampton.
Peel police report that an unknown person was spotted in a residential area near Autumn Drive on July 2. According to officers, the suspect approached a house and started a fire. causing extensive damage to the front door and windows of the targeted house.
The suspect then fled on a black bicycle.
Police say there were no injuries to the residents of the home, but the suspect is still at large. According to the press release, the suspect was last seen at the intersection of Bramalea Road and Mayfield Road.
The Peel region police are asking all citizens who have information about the incident or the suspect to come forward.
