The cast of Summer house is constantly changing — and Season 9 promises to be another year of wild parties in the Hamptons featuring some of fan-favorite faces.
Season 8 of the Bravo series turned around Carl Radke And Lindsay Hubbard as they had planned for their fall 2023 wedding. However, after many weeks of fighting, all caught on camera, the couple called off their engagement in August 2023.
The season also included a married couple Kyle Cooke And Amanda Batula and housemates Paige DeSorbo, Ciara Molenaar, Danielle Olivera And Gabby Prescod. Newcomers West Wilson And Jesse Solomon shook up the shared house as the only single men.
Despite all the drama, Jesse spoke exclusively Us in May 2024 that he “hopes” everyone in the cast will be able to live under one roof in Season 9.
What happens in the Hamptons rarely stays there — at least when it comes to the cast of Summer House and their romances. “I think people are reasonable and there are different levels of friendship. There are best friends and there are acquaintances,” Jesse said. “And we all share mutual friends, so we know that we’re going to be in this house. I think we’re mature and we can move forward knowing that there have been issues in the past.”

What happened in the season 8 finale?

The Summer house The season 8 finale aired in May 2024, and finally showed Carl breaking up with Lindsay. Cameras revealed that Carl first admitted his hesitations to Kyle about marrying Lindsay. Carl then sat down with Lindsay in their NYC apartment and confessed that he was “not ready” to walk down the aisle.
“I’m not going to beg you to be with me,” Lindsay joked during the episode, which was filmed in August 2023. Carl responded, “I don’t make you happy.” He further claimed that Lindsay had a laundry list of issues with him, but in reality they had a “relationship problem.” They concluded by breaking off their engagement.

Lindsay and Carl faced off for the first time since their breakup during the two-part reunion, which aired in June 2024. Ultimately, Carl said he wanted Lindsay to be happy after she revealed she was dating someone new.
Ciara and West, who embarked on a summer romance, also discussed how their relationship ended in December 2023. Ciara claimed West was playing “games” with her, and he apologized for giving her mixed signals.

Meanwhile, Paige and Danielle argued about past drama and Danielle accused Paige of making “damaging” comments in her confessionals.
Amanda and Kyle, for their part, seemed to be on the same page during the reunion, after having a rough go of it in Season 8. Amanda said she struggled with anxiety during filming, which left her and Kyle feeling lonely in their marriage.

Has Season 9 of ‘Summer House’ Started Filming?
According to social media, most of the actors traveled in June 2024 and were not spotted in the Hamptons that month. Varietyhowever, later confirmed that filming would begin on the 4th of July weekend.
Why is Danielle Olivera leaving ‘Summer House’?

Danielle released a statement about her departure in June 2024, explaining, “If I can’t put 100 percent of myself into filming, sincerely and authentically, it really doesn’t feel right to do it full-time.”
She noted that she would no longer be a “full-time cast member” for season 9. “Right now, I have to protect and prioritize the things that are most important to me – my business, my people and of course myself.”
Which cast members are returning?
Outside of Danielle, the rest of season 8 Summer house cast returns, including Kyle, Amanda, Paige, Ciara and Gabby. According to him, exes Carl and Lindsay will also return Variety.
Will newcomers Jesse Solomon and West Wilson return for Season 9?

West revealed in June 2024 that when he returns to the Hamptons, he plans to follow Ciara’s lead on how the exes interact. “I’m going to be myself, and however that interaction goes, I’m going to be respectful,” West said during an appearance on “The Viall Files” podcast. “Whatever her boundaries are, I will do that.”
Jesse teased that same month that he was optimistic he would return for another season. “I very much hope I’ll be in the Hamptons,” he said during a June 2024 episode of the “Trading Secrets” podcast. “I’ll be in the Hamptons regardless of whether I’m on the show, but I hope it’s on the show.”
The two newcomers from season 8 were confirmed as part of the cast of season 9 in July 2024.

Will Craig Conover make a cameo in season 9?

Craig, who has been dating Paige since 2021, has appeared several times in Summer house. When it comes to season 9, he said this exclusively Us that he “always leaves it up to Paige” to decide. “If she wants me to be there, I’ll be there,” the Southern charm the star said in June 2024, noting that he also enjoys filming in the city with Paige.
“I’m there a lot during the week, and then on the weekends I have to do events at the two (Sewing Down South) stores. So it’s going to be exciting to see how we all evolve with Bravo over the next few years,” Craig continued. “Our lives are changing, TV is changing and what that looks like and how we can share more of our lives with the viewer, I think I’m excited about that.”
