Milne, known for his resemblance to former England manager Steve McClaren, was first noticed supporting his team at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. In Euro 2024, he has been spotted in the front row, cheering on the Three Lions during their opening 1-0 win over Serbia and their subsequent 1-1 draw with Denmark. Milne’s enthusiastic support has captured the attention of many, including former biology teacher Faisal Islam, who spotted him on BBC News. A viral tweet also speculated about his possible presence in the crowd during England’s Euro 96 quarter-final victory over Spain. Despite the excitement surrounding England’s participation in Euro 2024, Milne appeared more subdued during the draw with Denmark, reflecting the team’s overall performance. England managed to secure a 1-0 victory against Serbia, thanks to Jude Bellingham’s goal, but struggled against Denmark and conceded a goal by Morten Hjulmand. Phil Foden came close to scoring in the second half, hitting the post but failing to break the deadlock. Milne’s passionate support for his team continues to draw attention, highlighting the dedication of England fans who have followed the Three Lions through thick and thin.

England fan Andy Milne has been spotted on TV during both of his country’s matches at Euro 2024 so far.

He was seen in the front row for the Three Lions’ 1-0 win over Serbia in their opening match and again in the 1-1 draw with Denmark – although he looked dejected then.

Milne first went viral when she was filmed supporting England at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, holding up a replica of the trophy during a 3-0 win over Senegal.

Some on social media say he is a “Steve McClaren lookalike” and has supported the Three Lions home and away for more than 40 years.

Milne was spotted again in the TV coverage of the match against Serbia in Gelsenkirchen, pumping his fists both before the match started and towards the end of the match.

As always, he was filmed cheering on his team from the front row.

BBC News’ Faisal Islam also pointed out that Milne is his old biology teacher.

He was spotted in the front row again during the 1-1 draw between England and Denmark, although this time he looked a lot more somber.

There was also a viral Tweet going around asking if he was the one spotted in the crowd during England’s Euro 96 quarter-final win over Spain.

England got their Euro 2024 campaign off to a winning start with a 1-0 win over Serbia; Jude Bellingham scored the only goal of the match in the 13th minute, converting a deflected cross from Bukayo Saka.

That was followed by a 1-1 draw against Denmark.

Captain Harry Kane scored in the first 20 minutes after Kyle Walker won the ball impressively high up the pitch. His ball across the penalty area was deflected a couple of times before reaching Kane, who fired home from close range.

However, that goal was cancelled out in the 34th minute when England failed to get out and close out Denmark, with Morten Hjulmand firing in from distance off the post to score his first ever international goal.

Neither side were able to find a winner then, with Denmark having the better of the game and England sitting deep; although England came closest to taking the lead after Phil Foden hit the post in the second half.
