Trinity Health Rockford Emergency Center to OpenTrinity Health Rockford Emergency Center to Open PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Trinity Health is preparing to open a new emergency center north of Grand Rapids. The Trinity Health Emergency Center – Rockford is scheduled to open on July 9th at 6050 Northland Drive NE, just north of 7 Mile Road in Plainfield Township. The center will have nine beds and an “experienced medical team that would be available around the clock for all emergencies.” It will treat patients with “emergencies, injuries and illnesses,” including chest and abdominal pain. “Our experienced emergency medicine team will provide assessment, triage, evaluation, stabilization, treatment or priority transfer and immediate admission to the hospital if necessary,” said Kristy Perez, administrator of Trinity Health Grand Rapids. “People from northern Kent County and surrounding communities will be able to receive the highest level of emergency care closer to home.” The new emergency center is part of Trinity Health’s commitment to providing convenient and accessible healthcare to the communities it serves.

PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) – Trinity Health is preparing to open a new emergency center north of Grand Rapids.

Trinity Health Emergency Center — Rockford is scheduled to open July 9 6050 Northland Drive NEjust north of 7 Mile Road in Plainfield Township.

Trinity promised an “experienced medical team that would be available around the clock for all emergencies.” With nine beds, the center is for patients with “emergencies, injuries and illnesses,” including chest and abdominal pain.
