Transportation Enhancements: * The plan allocates $400 million to rehabilitate bridges and viaducts, ensuring the safety and reliability of the city’s transportation network. * $200 million will be invested in street resurfacing, bike lanes, and pedestrian crossings, creating safer and more accessible streets for all users. * The plan also includes $100 million for the expansion of public transportation, including new bus routes and improved rail infrastructure. Water Management Upgrades: * $150 million has been earmarked for the modernization of the city’s water treatment plants, improving water quality and reducing the risk of contamination. * The plan also includes $50 million for flood control measures, such as green infrastructure and stormwater management systems, to mitigate flooding risks.
